Email support@mendivi.com for sign-in difficulties, account questions, platform errors, support tickets, privacy requests, or concerns about demo information. Please include the issue, approximate time, and relevant non-sensitive details.
Billing, cancellation, and refund questions
Email support@mendivi.com for suspected incorrect charges or questions about the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Current demo payments are simulated.
Privacy and security
For personal-data inquiries, email privacy@mendivi.com. To report a security concern, use support@mendivi.com and describe the concern without sending passwords or confidential records by email.
Financial institution and business inquiries
For institution or partnership conversations, email partnerships@mendivi.com. For general business questions, email info@mendivi.com.

Support is provided by Jam Packed Services. Response time depends on request volume and availability; no guaranteed response window is currently advertised. The service is not an emergency financial or banking support channel. For urgent bank-card fraud or a live financial-account issue, contact your bank or card issuer directly.
